SOUND HEALING THERAPY SESSIONS--Great therapy for stress reduction, relaxation, and pain management.  I use the Tuning Forks, Crystal Bowls, Chakra Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, and my voice, during a healing session of at least 1 hour.

REIKI HEALING SESSIONS- Reiki is Spiritually Guided Universal Life Energy used to help heal body, mind and spirit.  Healing sessions of 1 hour plus.

VOCAL TONING FOR SELF HEALING, AND CHAKRA BALANCING.--Learn how to heal yourself! You don't have to be a singer to do this, anyone can do it.  This is a great tool that will lead you into a very powerful meditation when you use the sounds and colors associated with the Chakras.  All you need is the intention!  DRUMMING is part of of this workshop.

AN EXPLORATION OF BODY IN MOTION- Creative Movement - Using Energy Yoga, expressive movement with sound and massage to develop the body's capability of freedom and motion, through self-expression allowing the flow of energy.  For vitality and stress reductioin.
